About Us
Mission
KlexCares is dedicated to spreading awareness and connecting people stuck living in at-risk areas under environmental crises to life-changing and even life-saving resources. We engage with youth to educate them on how to identify and mitigate environmental issues in their communities, homes, and schools. By hosting community sessions at libraries, schools, and community centers we strive to connect and spark conversation about the importance of environmental justice.
Why?
Our founder and immediate members are all from at risk environmental areas and have seen firsthand the detriments those areas have inflicted on the community. It’s time to stand up, speak out, and enact change.
How?
We engage with youth through local schools, libraries, and community centers. We also connect through KlexCorp which hosts an environmental podcast and business front.
